There are 4 possible material specifications that can be utilized.
- Standard Spec.
- Our standard and most commonly ordered pads are 7/16" thick wood with 2" thick polyurethane foam covered by 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl. This vinyl is mold and mildew resistant, and is fire retardant. Optional heavy duty 18 ounce vinyl is available for high abuse areas.
- Fire Guard Spec.
- These pads offer ultimate peace of mind from fire hazards or concerns - ½" fire retardant plywood with 2"
thick polyurethane foam wrapped in Dupont VONAR protectant fire liner covered by 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl. This vinyl is mold and mildew resistant, and is fire retardant.
- Removable Pad Spec.
- 2" thick polyurethane foam covered by 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl. This vinyl is mold and mildew resistant, and is fire retardant. The pads have a Velcro attachment for easy mounting and removal. There is no plywood used on a removable pad.
- Outdoor Padding
- The design of outdoor padding varies with the particular application, but one characteristic remains constant: 18 oz. heavy duty nylon reinforced vinyl.
